By downloading or using the "Itemize AI" app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. Subscription Terms

Itemize AI offers auto-renewing subscription options ("Itemize Pro") to access premium features such as unlimited scanning and advanced exports.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Free Trial: If a free trial is offered (e.g., 3 days), the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period. You will be charged the annual subscription fee.
• Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.

2. Accuracy of Data

Itemize AI uses advanced technology to extract data from receipts. However, the app is provided "as is" and we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy on every scan. Itemize AI is not a substitute for a professional accountant. We are not responsible for any financial losses, tax penalties, or errors resulting from the use of this data.

3. Intellectual Property

The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to the developers of Itemize AI.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the app after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
